After your visit

Post-care

What you do in the days after your treatment matters as much as the treatment itself. Keep it simple, protect your barrier, and let your skin do its work.

The first 24 hours

  • No makeup on the treated area if possible — let your skin breathe.
  • Skip the gym, sauna, hot tubs, steam rooms and very hot showers.
  • Cleanse gently with lukewarm water and use only the products recommended for you.
  • Don't touch, pick or scrub. Warmth, tightness or mild redness is normal.

Days two to seven

  • Wear SPF 30 or higher every day and reapply — your skin is more sun-sensitive now.
  • Hold off on retinol, acids, scrubs and exfoliating tools until cleared.
  • If you flake or peel, let it shed naturally rather than pulling it off.
  • Keep hydration and barrier support as the focus, not new active ingredients.

Booking your next visit

  • Most clients see the best results on a four to six week rhythm.
  • Corrective plans, like peels or microneedling series, are spaced to your skin's response.
  • Message me if anything feels unusual — prolonged redness, swelling or discomfort.
